Currently we’re looking for National Sales Manager (Chemical Industry) & National Sales Manager (Food Business) for our client multinational company.

National Sales Manager (Chemical Industry)

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification graduation
• Minimum experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing
• Wide experience
• Understand the related products in market
• Good relations with both people & government
• Should have knowledge of system management ISO

Responsibilities:
• Sales planning
• Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
• Responsible for budgeting & achieving sales targets
• Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
• Make regular visits to all key customers
• Responsible for the detail market informations like:
o trend & market conditions
o customer requirements
o market requirements
o price & competitors
o business opportunities
• Responsible for market development
• Responsible for the sales performance of the sales team
• MIS reports
• Report & be responsible to the Marketing Manager
• Should be flexible to take up any task related to Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands
• Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Marketing Department
• Responsibility for achieving the gross margin


National Sales Manager (Food Business)

Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification Graduation
• Minimum Experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing
• Thorough knowledge of Bahasa
• Food / food colours experience mandatory
• Good relations with both – people & government
• Knowledge of system management ISO
• Working knowledge of SAP an added advantage

Responsibilities:
• Sales planning.
• Analyze & Evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements.
• Responsible for Budgeting & Achieving Sales targets all Indonesia.
• Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers.
• Make regular visits to all Key customers.
• Responsible for the detail market information like :
o Trend & market conditions
o Customer requirements
o Market requirements
o Price & competitors
o Business opportunities
• Responsible for market development.
• Responsible for the sales performance of the sales team.
• MIS Reports
• Report & be responsible to the Marketing Manager.
